Cultural Infusion embeds continual improvement into all programs as part of its commitment to the Plan-Do-Review-Improve (PDRI) cycle.

In the 2006-8, Cultural Infusion worked with evaluation specialists at Victoria University to support monitoring and evaluation of the Schools Program, by developing appropriate survey instruments. Reports containing both qualitative and quantitative data are used to make improvements to the program.

The reports present the numbers of students and teachers participating by region, followed by a review of the qualitative dimensions of the program, utilising written feedback provided by teachers.

In the most recent cyclical review, existing evaluation tools were checked and survey questions revised to improve data yield on program goals and other performance measures. The Evaluation Plan and methodology for all school-based programs will be further updated in the 2009-12.
