Aboriginal For A Day Programs

Aboriginal For A Day with Western Creation

Our Aboriginal for a Day program, already enjoyed by hundreds of schools throughout Australia, encompasses storytelling, face painting, art, didgeridoo and dance. Students will develop a refreshing, eye-opening understanding and respect for Indigenous Culture.

This appropriate education tool provides a series of empowering hands on workshops, for students of all ages.

This highly successful program is touring cities and rural areas throughout Australia in 2010.

$10.00 per student + GST (price based on min. of 150 students)*

“The aim, said Big Al, was to ‘have fun, fun, fun’. The students certainly had a ton of fun while learning about Aboriginal culture. All the students came together for a concert at the end of the day to share with each other, what they had learnt. All in all, it was a fabulous day with some of the staff even getting into the spirit of things and performing some interesting dance moves to the accompaniment of the didgeridoo.”  St Rose Catholic Primary School Collaroy Plateau

Participating students divide into 3 groups:
1. Tjitti Tjitti (Willy Wag Tail)
2. Marloo (Kangaroo )
3. Waitch (Emu)
