To use the online booking enquiry system simply click Program that is in the In Schools sub menu and then find your state in the drop down menu. You will then see a list of the general program types available in your state - select the program that you are interested and you will be taken to a list of the artists and cultures available to you. When you see the group that you are interested in just click enquire now and fill out the form. A Cultural Infusion staff member will be in touch with you soon to discuss your enquiry.

Duration

All general incursion programs are designed to run for 50 minutes. Multicultural All Day Programs are broken up into 25 minute sessions and our Aboriginal for a Day program runs from approximately 9:00 am till 3:00 pm depending on school bell times. Performers will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the incursion start time.

Performance Requirements

Technical requirements generally include a cleared 4 x 4 metre performance space with access to power in most circumstances. We will advise you accordingly of other specific requirements prior to the incursion.

Regional Touring

Regional Tours rely heavily on interest levels and over all student numbers from surrounding schools for viability. Get together with schools in your region to negotiate a special tour. Regional tours may incur a surcharge of $1.10 per student to cover additional expenses associated with touring where airfares, ground transportation and accommodation are required. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Minimum Attendance

The minimum attendance requirement and price per student for each performance is included in the program description, although some program prices are negotiated dependent on client’s needs. Concession rates may be negotiated for multiple bookings or under special circumstances. All such requests must be submitted in writing. Teacher Resource Notes for your assistance free Teacher Resource Notes (TRNs) are available upon request. Designed in collaboration with our artists and cultural presenters, TRNs support teachers when developing lessons around our program material.
